1. Membership Agreement:

• By enrolling in classes at Dade City BJJ, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Membership Eligibility:

• Members must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• Members must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.

3. Fees and Payments:

• Membership fees are due on a monthly basis and must be paid in advance.

• Payments can be made through our approved payment methods.

• A late fee may be applied to overdue payments.

4. Class Scheduling:

• Class schedules are subject to change, and members will be notified of any alterations in advance.

• Members are encouraged to arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals cause a disruption to the class.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Membership cancellations require a written notice at least 30 days in advance.

• Refunds are not provided for missed classes or late cancellations.

6. Code of Conduct:

• Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy towards instructors and fellow members.

• Inappropriate behavior, including harassment or aggression, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the gym.

7. Health and Safety:

• Members must inform instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

• Members are responsible for their own health and safety during training sessions.

8. Liability Waiver:

• Participation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA involves inherent risks, and members accept responsibility for any injuries sustained during training.

• The gym and its staff are not liable for any injuries or damages unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Equipment and Facilities:

• Members are responsible for the proper use and care of gym equipment.

• Any damage to gym property caused by a member must be reported immediately, and the member may be held financially responsible.

10. Photography and Media:

• The gym may use photographs or videos of members for promotional purposes unless members explicitly express their desire not to participate.

11. Termination of Membership:

• The gym reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual for violating these terms and conditions or engaging in behavior deemed detrimental to the gym community.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

• The gym reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
